Answer:  Our business hours are Monday-Friday 8am - 5 pm. Emergency Service available after hours

Answer: We offer a full range of services including heating, cooling, ductless systems, indoor air quality solutions, plumbing, and sewer & drain services

Question: Can you provide an estimate over the phone or via email?

Answer: No, we cannot provide estimates remotely because each system is unique. For accuracy, our technicians must assess your system on-site to provide a precise estimate with recommended solutions and costs. If you choose to move forward with the service, the service fee will be applied toward the repair.

Question: What HVAC systems do you install/repair?

Answer: We work on all types of systems; our top brands are Lennox, Carrier, American Standard and Trane.

Question: How often should I have my HVAC system serviced?

Answer: Twice a year. Our HVAC membership covers both maintenance visits for only $209!

Question: What size HVAC system do I need for my home/business?

Answer: To determine the best fit, a technician would need to visit. When are you available for a free estimate?

Question: Can you help with a thermostat issue? It seems to be malfunctioning.

Answer: Okay lets see if we can fix it by troubleshooting some things do you know if batteries are dead, if there’s an error code, if the breaker is off, or if it’s set to cool or heat.

Question: My HVAC system is making strange noises. What should I do?

Answer: Is the unit running normally or are you experiencing mechanical issues as well? If it is causing the unit to malfunction, lets start with getting it turned off and get someone over there.

Question: How do I know if I need to replace my HVAC unit or just repair it?

Answer: Depending on the age of the unit, the refrigerant may no longer be available due to a new law put in place at the beginning of 2025, let get someone over there to check it out.

Question: Can you help with energy efficiency? How can I reduce my heating/cooling costs?

Answer: We offer Oncor Rebates. I can schedule a technician to come out and see if you’re eligible.

Question: Why is my AC not cooling properly?

Answer: There are many reasons your unit could be malfunctioning. Let’s schedule a technician to come out and take a look

Question: How often should I replace the air filter in my AC unit?

Answer: Every 30 days. Our membership includes 1 free filter per unit.

Question: Is it normal for my AC to freeze up in the summer?

Answer: That could be due to a few different reasons. We advise you to turn off your unit now; it can take up to 5 hours to fully defrost but we can have someone come out and take a look at it.

Question: Why is my air conditioner blowing warm air?

Answer: Most likely due to low refrigerant. Depending on the age of your unit we may be able to recharge it today. Lets get someone out there to take a look at it.

Question: Why is my heater not turning on?

Answer: There are many reasons your unit could be malfunctioning. Let’s schedule a technician to come out and take a look

Question: How can I fix inconsistent heating throughout my home?
